Session Rate
Our current rate is $220 per 50-minute session. Please note that this rate will increase to $235 per session starting March 1, 2025.
For existing clients: Your current rate will remain in place for five additional sessions after March 1, before transitioning to the new rate.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice
We request that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This consideration allows us to offer the appointment to other clients.
No Show / Late Cancellation Fee
If a no-show or cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee up to the full cost of the missed session will be charged to the card on file on the same day as the missed appointment.
š Please note: Insurance companies will not cover the cost of short-notice cancellation or no-show fees.

While we do not offer direct billing for Sun Life, clients can still receive coverage through reimbursement. After payment, you will receive a receipt that you can submit to Sun Life for reimbursement.
Coverage may vary depending on your specific insurance plan. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.
Card on File
All clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. This facilitates efficient payment processing.
Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be charged to the card on file.
