Billing & Cancellation Policy

Billing Policy

  1. Card on File: All clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. This facilitates efficient payment processing.
  2. Direct Billing with Insurance: We can direct bill certain insurance providers for our services. If your insurance covers our services, we will bill them directly. If we do not cover your insurance, you will be provided a receipt via email immediately upon payment, which you can forward to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  3. Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be charged to the card on file.
  4. Special Consideration: If you have specific concerns or need special arrangements regarding billing, please discuss these with your clinician.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 48-Hour Notice: We request that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This consideration allows us to offer the appointment to other clients.
  2. No Show / Late Cancellation Fee: If a no-show or cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee up to the full cost of the missed session will be charged to the card on file on the same day as the missed appointment. Please note that insurance companies will not cover the cost of short-notice cancellation or no-show fees.
  3. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly via phone call or text.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which help us maintain a high standard of service for all our clients at Recharge Psychology Inc.
