What are your fees?
We follow the recommended cost for individual therapy in Alberta is $220.00 per 50-minute session set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta in the Recommended Fee Schedule effective January 1, 2023. Your employee health benefits plan or other health insurance/extended health care coverage may cover these fees in full or in part. We collect your credit card information during intake to secure your first appointment. Payment is taken at the end of each session, and we accept credit cards, debit, cash, and e-transfers. You will receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement from your health insurance/benefits provider. Fees for psychological services are tax deductible health services and can be claimed on your income tax return. A sliding scale may be available, and you can contact us for more information.
Can you bill directly to insurance providers?
While we are currently getting direct-billing in place, we currently cannot direct bill to insurance providers. However, you will be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice, or there will be a full-session fee charged for missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice.
